Box Rental Agreement Policy for WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC
The rental period begins upon delivery of the goods and ends when the items are collected from the site. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping and maintenance of the rented items during this time.
The customer is liable for any damage to the rental goods, incurring a $30 surcharge per box for damages. For an additional fee of 10% of the total rental, WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. will waive claims for normal wear and tear, including incidental damage. Note that this Damage Waiver does not cover loss, gross negligence, or egregious damage (e.g., tears, burn marks, punctures, and stains). The Damage Waiver must be signed and paid for prior to delivery.
Costs for repairing damaged items or replacement costs for unreturned items will be charged to the customer’s credit card. Replacement costs are as follows: Bins - $30.00; Dollies - $150.00. Rental items cannot be sublet to third parties.
If boxes are kept beyond the initial rental period, they will incur additional charges at a reduced weekly rate. Additional rentals will be calculated by the week, not part of a week.
WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. reserves the right to substitute items based on availability with client approval. All quoted rental charges are for the initial agreed-upon period; no reductions or refunds will be issued once the chargeable period begins. Orders confirmed by WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, nor can quantities or sizes be altered unless expressly agreed upon. Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days prior to delivery; otherwise, the full amount will still be charged.

Customers must ensure adequate access for delivery and collection. Failure to provide timely access may result in additional delivery charges. An adult over 18 years of age must be present to receive and return the boxes. Any delays caused by the customer will incur extra charges.
WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. is relieved of its obligations if performance is prevented by circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, weather conditions, or labor disputes.
No employee of WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. will be held individually liable for any loss, damage, or default beyond their reasonable control. WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. disclaims all warranties, and the rental items are provided on an “as-is” basis. The customer assumes full responsibility for the items and acknowledges suitability for their needs.
The customer breaches this agreement if they default on payments, fail to comply with the terms herein, or become insolvent. In the event of default, WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. may declare all unpaid rental payments due and terminate the agreement. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred in recovering equipment and rental fees.
The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the rental items and agrees to indemnify WE LIKE TO MOVE IT, INC. against any claims for loss, injury, or damage arising from their possession or use of the items.
